CATA's budget year runs concurrent with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's fiscal year: July 1 - June 30. The budget includes background information on the Authority, a recap of the previous year, policy considerations, a work plan with goals for the year, and a long-term outlook that includes five-year operating budget projections. The budget includes information on the Authority's capital expenditures and long-term capital improvement plan

Annual report

The CATA Annual Report presented here acts as a complement to the annual CATA Budget document available above and serves as CATA’s primary community information piece. The Annual Report provides a snapshot of CATA’s budget, its organizational make-up, its various accomplishments over the previous fiscal year, and an outline of the organization’s goals for the coming year.
