Standard Contractual Provisions for Federally Funded Procurements

Vendors supplying CATA with goods and services agree to comply with the terms and conditions as set forth herein. In addition, vendors agree to comply with the applicable federal provisions. In accordance with CATA policy and in compliance with the federal regulations, the Standard Federal Requirements apply to purchase orders, contracts, and procurements of any amount funded in whole or in part with federal funds.

Notice of Proposed DBE Goal for FY 2017/2018 – 2019/2020

The Centre Area Transportation Authority proposed an overall DBE goal for the federal fiscal years beginning 10/1/2017 and ending 9/30/20 is 1.9% of federal expenditures.  The goal and rationale have been developed according to the Federal Transit Administration’s DBE program and are available for review for 30 calendar days from the date of this notice. Comments will be accepted for 45 calendar from the same date. Comments, requests to review or obtain copies of the proposed goal and rationale, or requests by firm for DBE certification should be addressed to:

Ridematching Software

Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) is soliciting proposals for ridematching software.  Proposals will be accepted until 2:00pm (EST) on Thursday, November 1, 2018.

Proposal documents are available below to view/download.  Interested firms MUST register providing company contact information via email to Mrs. Jaime Richard, Procurement Specialist, at in order to submit a proposal or to receive addenda or other correspondence. Having registered with CATA for any prior solicitation does not qualify; separate registration is required each time.
