Fullington Trailways Provides FREE Trial Offer; Provides Altoona Area Residents With Weekday Service to State College
Fullington Trailways, based in State College and Clearfield, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that it will provide a free trial offer to new riders traveling weekdays (Monday-Friday) on its round-trip bus service from the Duncansville/Altoona/Tyrone areas to the Pennsylvania State University and Downtown State College. Now through the end of summer, area residents traveling within the corridor are encouraged to try the service for FREE by taking advantage of a complementary 10-Trip Frequent Rider Pass (equivalent to five round-trips). New riders can print off a coupon to redeem this complementary pass at the Fullington Trailways website, www.fullingtontours.com. Simply present this coupon at any stop location and you will receive a pass valid that day. Passes are valid through Friday, September 3, 2010. Limit one free pass per person please. The service consists of two morning trips from Altoona (with stops in Duncansville, Altoona and Tyrone) to State College, with drop off points at the Bryce Jordan Center on the Penn State Campus, the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) bus stop at the Pattee Library Transit Center on Curtin Road, and the State College Bus Terminal located at 152 North Atherton Street. A late afternoon trip returns from the Bus Terminal at 4:55 p.m. (with stops at Rec Hall on Curtin Road at 5:05 p.m. and the Bryce Jordan Center at 5:15 p.m.) to the same stops in Tyrone, Altoona and Duncansville.
