CATA 2007 Holiday Lights Tour Sponsored by WOWY 97.1 FM and B94.5 FM

CATA will hold its ninth annual Holiday Lights Tour Monday, December 17, through Sunday, December 23, with tours at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The Holiday Lights Tour, sponsored this year by WOWY 97.1 FM and B94.5 FM, visits various neighborhoods in the Centre Region and surrounding areas, giving riders the opportunity to view the community’s best outdoor holiday lights displays. CATA staff spends time designing a route full of spectacular displays and then takes hundreds of local Centre Region residents - and some not so local - on the 70 minute bus tour.

Again this year will be the naming of four “Starlight” homes along the Tour - the best of the best as determined by CATA staff. Those families whose homes have been designated will be honored by a $200 donation to the Centre County United Way or participating agency given in their name by area businesses.

Fare for the Tour is $4.00 per person ($2.00 for children 12 and under and for seniors 65 and over with a valid CATA Senior Transit Identification Card or U.S. Medicare Card).

Seating is limited and the pre-purchase of tickets is REQUIRED. (No reservations will be taken by telephone). Tickets may be purchased starting Monday, December 4 at the CATA Downtown Pass Sales Office, 108 E. Beaver Avenue (please note this change in ticket venue), State College, Monday - Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

For additional information on this year’s Holiday Lights Tour, please visit www.catabus.com.
