CATA’s Special Services include event shuttles that operate to provide transportation to various events that take place throughout the local area. Some of the events that are covered are:

• First Night® State College -This shuttle service, which is cosponsored by the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts™, provides continuous shuttle service between the event sites in Downtown State College and those on campus.
• Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts™ - Very frequent shuttle service between the perimeter parking near Beaver Stadium and the center of the Arts Festival activities in downtown State College.
• Bellefonte Arts & Crafts Fair - Free shuttle service from the Bellefonte Middle School to the heart of the Bellefonte Arts and Crafts Fair held every Summer.
• Ag Progress Days - This shuttle service, cosponsored by Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences, provides free service between the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center at Rock Springs, PA and Downtown State College for the three days of this August event.
• Beaver Stadium - The Game Day Football Shuttle provides continuous shuttle service between the Bryce Jordan Center, Downtown State College, and the hotels along South Atherton Street for Penn State home football games.
• Bellefonte Victorian Christmas - Free shuttle service, sponsored by Bellefonte Victorian Christmas, between the Bellefonte High School and the mid-Decenber event in downtown Bellefonte.
